Who we are
Kiama Pressure Washing is a trading name of ClearView Exterior Services (ABN 67 460 189 648), run by Noah. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form, call or email, we collect what you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, suburb, the services you’re interested in, any message and any photos you upload. If you book a job, we also keep the job address, dates, quotes and invoices.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and send your quote
- To book, carry out and invoice the work
- To contact you about your quote or job, including a short follow-up message
- To keep records we’re required to keep for tax purposes
Who sees it
Your details are kept in our customer management system (HighLevel) and our email and accounting tools. We don’t sell your information or share it with other businesses for their marketing. Photos you send are only used to quote your job unless you give separate permission to share them.
Website measurement
If this website uses analytics or advertising measurement tags, they only load after you agree on the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time.
Accessing or correcting your details
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing [email protected]. We’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
