Who you’ll deal with
About Noah and Kiama Pressure Washing
Noah prices every Kiama job himself and checks it with you at the end. No call centre, no franchise, no strangers you’ve never spoken to.
Who runs this business
Kiama Pressure Washing is a trading name of ClearView Exterior Services, run by Noah. He works across the Illawarra and down the Kiama coast. ABN 67 460 189 648, GST registered.
Noah quotes every job himself. On bigger jobs he brings in an extra pair of hands, but you’ll always know who’s responsible for your job, and you’ll have his direct number from the start.
How the work is done
- Look first. Noah checks each surface for its material, its condition and how much grime is on it before he starts.
- Pressure to suit. Firm pressure on concrete and paving, low-pressure soft washing on roofs, render, cladding and paint.
- Straight advice. A fragile roof or an unsuitable surface gets mentioned at the quote, not halfway through the job.
- Respect for your place. Gardens are protected and everything is left tidy when Noah leaves.
- Fixed prices. You get a written price before any work begins. If photos don’t match what’s found on the day, you’ll hear about it before anything changes.
Before
AfterA recent metal roof clean. All photos on this site are Noah’s own jobs.
Insurance and paperwork
Fully insured with $10M public liability. Written quotes and tax invoices for every job, which matters if you’re a landlord or holiday-let owner claiming the work.
Why a separate name for Kiama
Kiama people search for help by the town name, so this site is set up just for the Kiama area: local photos, local suburbs and prices up front. Behind it is the same person and the same insurance as ClearView Exterior Services, and the footer on every page says so.
What Noah won’t do
- Put high pressure on a roof, render or painted wall
- Start work before you’ve agreed a written price
- Take on a roof that isn’t safe to walk or clean, just to get the job
- Leave the mess for you to sweep up
